The main clinic is situated in the centre of Hayle at 18 Fore Street, Copperhouse. The premises have been extended over the years to meet the demands of the growing number of treated pets. Now there are three private consultation rooms, a sterile and a non-sterile operating theatre, a preparation room, an X-Ray area, a laboratory, a recuperation/kennel area, and an isolation kennel room. The facilities include Radiography, Ultrasound, Electrocardiography, Dentistry and in-house Laboratory Adjacent to the reception is a spacious, open-plan waiting room area as well as a shop offering pet food and accessories.

The branch surgery in Carbis Bay is situated in the former Barclays Bank building, St Ives Road. The branch features a small animal consultation room, kennels, a pet shop area and transport service for small animals to and fro our main clinic in Hayle.
